Every morning at 9:30 the app posts a short write-up of yesterday — who won, who didn't walk, who logged just before midnight. It also flags days that look nothing like your usual.

A step competition dies the day someone makes up a number and nothing happens. So these rules are built in, and they apply to everyone — including the person who made the group.

▶Does it work on Android?
Yes. Android phones can't send steps to a website, so Android users type the number and add a screenshot. It takes five seconds. iPhones can send steps automatically.
▶What does it cost?
Nothing. The app is free.
▶Do we have to put money in?
No. Your group decides. If you do, the app only shows the total and who's in. It never collects, holds or sends money — you settle up between yourselves.
▶Do we have to install anything?
No. It's a website. On iPhone you can add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
▶Who can see my steps?
Only the people in your group. Groups are private and there's no public list of them.
▶How long should it run?
Two or three weeks works best. Long enough to catch up if you start badly, short enough that people stay interested.
▶What if someone cheats?
They have to post a screenshot, everyone can see their edits, and any two people can pause a day that looks wrong. In a friend group that's usually enough.
